We do our best to ensure your order is delivered within 2 - 10 business days via Canada Post or UPS, and considering the impact of Covid on logistics and supply chain. At this time, we do not deliver orders to PO Box addresses and ship to Canada and US, and internationally to the UK. But we are working to expand shipping to other locations soon. For digital gift cards, we share the card to your email right away.
If you missed a local delivery from UPS or Canada Post, you may need to visit the nearest office with your ID and tracking number to claim your package. If an order is returned to us because of a lack of claims, we shall issue a refund for the total order value less the shipping cost.
All our product sales are final, and we do not accept returns. For our Cop and Drop program, you are eligible for return order and have 10 days to make this claim. Please note that your item must be in the same condition that you received it, untampered or unused, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
